Welcome to GoVriksh Dairy Farm (“GoVriksh”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our mobile application or website (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.
1. Eligibility
Users must be at least 13 years of age to place orders.
By using the Platform, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
2. Products & Nature of Goods
GoVriksh provides farm-fresh dairy products and organic vegetables.
Product Disclosures:
Milk is natural and not processed.
Variations in taste, texture, color, or cream formation may occur due to seasonal changes, extreme summers or winters in Delhi-NCR, and natural feeding and health cycles of Gir cows. These variations are inherent to natural dairy and do not constitute defects.
All vegetables are grown on our own farm, organically, without harmful chemicals or pesticides.
Natural variation in size, shape, and appearance of produce is expected.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders can be placed through the website or mobile application.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may include applicable taxes.
Payments are accepted through secure third-party payment gateways and Cash on Delivery (COD).
GoVriksh reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, including but not limited to product unavailability, quality concerns, or operational or supply constraints.
In case of missed or delayed payments, GoVriksh reserves the right to levy surplus or late charges and/or temporarily suspend or discontinue services until dues are cleared.
4. Subscription Plans
GoVriksh offers subscription-based delivery services.
By subscribing, you consent to recurring billing as per your selected plan.
Subscriptions can be managed, modified, or cancelled through your account settings.
Subscription Controls:
Cancellation Window: Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the next scheduled delivery.
Pause / Skip: Customers may pause or skip deliveries where such options are enabled.
Modification: Product type, quantity, or delivery frequency can be adjusted via account settings.
Pricing Changes: Subscription prices may be revised. Customers will be notified in advance (typically 36 hours). Continued use implies acceptance.
Ease of Cancellation: The cancellation process is designed to be as straightforward as the signup process.
5. Serviceable Locations
Deliveries are currently available in select areas of Delhi-NCR.
Availability can be checked by entering the PIN code on the website or app.
6. Delivery Schedule & Process
Fresh milk and perishable items are delivered daily or as per subscription schedule.
Non-perishable items are typically delivered within 1–5 business days.
Delivery timings are estimated and not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, logistics constraints, livestock health, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Updates:
Customers may receive updates via Call, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or app notifications regarding order and delivery status.
7. Missed Deliveries & Customer Responsibility
Customers must ensure proper access to the delivery location.
If a delivery is missed due to customer unavailability or restricted access, GoVriksh bears no liability for non-receipt or product condition.
Same-day cancellations are not permitted.
Delivery pauses or cancellations must be informed one day in advance.
8. No Return & No Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of dairy and fresh produce, returns and refunds are not permitted under any circumstances, including taste or preference-related concerns.
Customers are advised to subscribe only after understanding the natural variability of farm-fresh products.
9. User Accounts & Conduct
Only one delivery address per customer account is permitted.
Users must not share login credentials.
GoVriksh is not responsible for any loss, misuse, or damage resulting from shared account access.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the exclusive property of GoVriksh Dairy Farm and may not be used without prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoVriksh shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, natural product variations, service delays beyond reasonable control, or customer negligence or misuse of products.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoVriksh Dairy Farm, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or breach of applicable laws.
13. Force Majeure
GoVriksh shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, government actions, pandemics, or supply disruptions.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Haryana.
15. Updates to Terms
GoVriksh reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
